A Randolph man was arrested after allegedly breaking into several cars parked outside a North Quincy apartment building.

The Randolph Zoning Board of Appeals retired the nameplate of former colleague Marjorie Sarofeen Dec. 11. Sarofeen, who had served on the board for many years, passed away last year. Her family was on hand for the presentation.

Manager of Randolph Burger King shot three times in holdup

A manager at Burger King on North Street was shot three times during an attempted armed robbery Friday night, police said. The manager, whose name was not released, was shot once in each leg and once in the chest.
