George Devenanzi, 82, who retired Dec. 16 after 64 years as a DPW mechanic, would still be working there if his doctor hadn’t told him to take it easy.

  • Girls basketball logs lackluster win

      Despite a lackluster performance, the Medfield girls basketball team improved to 5-0 with a 60-54 victory over Ashland on Saturday.

      Known for their aggressive defense, the Warriors were out of sorts defensively in the first half and collected 17 team fouls. Ashland cashed in on the line and challenged Medfield down to the wire.
