It was an emotional day in Marlborough for the funeral of Sgt. Andre Araujo at Immaculate Conception Church. The Marlborough resident, who served two tours in Iraq, died last week in a car accident at Fort Hood in Texas.

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — James “Jake” Joel Jacobs, 52, of Mooresville, N.C., formerly of Hudson, died at his home on Saturday, May 10, 2008.
Antoinette “Toni” Harasko, 85, died Saturday, April 12, 2008, after a period of failing health. Born in Westford, daughter of the late Dmitri and Hannah (Terasevich) Harasko, she lived most of her life in Hudson, where she was a self-employed hairdresser for many years, retiring at age 83.
