Malden -Three visual artists and two oral storytellers from Malden joined forces last Thursday night at a special gallery talk in the artSPACE@16 display space on Princeton Road. The evening was a special event in the gallery’s latest exhibit, “storyLINES,” which features photography, paintings and sculpture, all by local artists.
Storytellers Laura Packer and Kevin Brooks shared tales of family and fantasy, linking the theme – the desire among humans to communicate, whether through written text, pictures or speech – from the art through to the spoken word.
