Rep. candidates Benson, Hayes commit to Lancaster forum
State Rep. candidates Jennifer Benson and Kurt Hayes have agreed to appear at a joint forum at 8 p.m. next Thursday, Aug. 28, at Lancaster Town Hall, 695 Main St. (Route 70).

W. Nile bug found in Clinton; no human cases reported
Clinton -A report of the West Nile Virus found in a mosquito Aug. 20 has not led to any infections, according to state officials. The positive test was from an Aug. 13 spraying.
