Mayflower Church camp inspires children

KINGSTON -

As director of the Art Camp at Mayflower Congregational Church, Rosa Whitehill related the story to kids dressed for a mess, anxious to plunge into paints and other materials designed for self-expression. God speaks to people through nature, Whitehill said, imparting lessons and inspiration. For her, the giant redwood, its tiny seed and its first 100 years tell a story.
