Slideshow: A community comes together to help Danversport residents

The weekend of January 12-14 featured two community events geared towards helping the victims of the Nov. 22 Danversport explosion.  A fundraising gala and auction was held at the Danversport Yacht Club. And last Monday, Maison Estheetique Christiane Borque Spa opened its doors to Danversport residents, inviting them to enjoy free spa services such as massages and pedicures.

As Danversport resident Deborah Riva said after "wonderful relaxing" facial at the spa: “The young lady had silky fingers and it’s just nice to be pampered, to be caressed. What a lovely kind gesture this was, so typically Danvers."
