Celebrating a century

State senators and representatives urged people to support a bill that would allow non-profits providing human services to renegotiate their annual state contracts.

Despite the pleas of several Town Meeting members to decide what to do with the Wildwood School site on Bedford Street before demolishing the deteriorating building, the meeting voted 60-17 to move ahead with demolition.
